1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of solar repair, servicing, expansion, and battery installation services from Elite Solar Recovery LLC ("we", "us"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Guarantee Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services and service area

We provide diagnostics, repair, servicing, expansion, and battery installation for residential solar energy systems in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding Texas communities. Service descriptions and prices are published on this website; where a range is shown, your exact price is fixed in your written quote before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Diagnostic visit fees are credited toward any repair or installation of $500 or more booked within 30 days of the visit.
If work outside the quoted scope is discovered mid-job, we stop, explain, and provide a revised written quote. Work continues only with your approval.

4. Scheduling and access

Visit windows are confirmed by phone, text, or email before arrival.
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment being serviced (typically roof, inverter, and electrical panel areas) and to secure pets during the visit.

5. Payment

For most repairs, payment is due on completion of the work.
Larger installations may be invoiced in stages tied to completed milestones, described in your written quote.
We accept major payment methods; flexible payment options may be available.

6. Warranties

Our workmanship warranty and the pass-through of manufacturer warranties are described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy, which is part of these terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, animals, third-party work performed after ours, or tampering.

7. Permits and utility approvals

Where a service includes permitting or utility interconnection paperwork, we prepare and file it on your behalf. Government and utility processing times are outside our control; the timelines published on this site reflect our typical experience.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost energy production prior to the date we were first engaged to service the system.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you book applies to your service.
