• To respond to your service request, schedule visits, and communicate about your job by phone, text, or email.
• To prepare quotes, file permits, and complete utility paperwork you have asked us to handle.
• To keep records of work performed and warranties owed to you.

• We share information only with the people needed to complete your job (for example, a permitting authority or your utility, when you have asked us to file paperwork) and service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our email delivery provider.

We keep service records for as long as needed to honor warranties and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
